I am in the process of looking for a NYC traffic violation attorney. I was recently in a car accident that was not my fault. The other gentleman in the accident is claiming it is my fault, even though he is the one who ran a stop sign.

Apparently, it is happening a lot in this city, because finding an attorney who has the time to represent is proving to be a rather hard task. I even called around trying to find a Bronx traffic violation lawyer, as that is where I live. They too, are extremely busy.

I decided, at last, to hire a Manhattan traffic violation attorney. I met with him and started to go over my case, only to find out, shortly into the meeting, that he is the same lawyer that the man who hit me hired, and so could not take my case. I am at a loss now.

I have been thinking for awhile about setting up a little store in one of the malls in town.  I have been watching to see what is offered here in town, as well as what is missing.  After a few months of observation, I have found that the one thing that we are missing here is a store that sells stainless steel jewelry.

All I have to do now is find a good wholesale stainless steel jewelry supplier.  I decided that looking online would be the best way to do that – so I went to my favorite search engine to  search for "stainless steel jewelry wholesale".

There were a couple of good suppliers I found and I have sent emails to each of them to touch base with them about my needs.  I also have to contact the local mall and do some other research before I am ready to go ahead, but so far things are looking great.

You can’t work all the time, right?  Well, I sure don’t think so, and I make sure that I take all my breaks and lunch that I am supposed to at work.  Not only do I need the break, but it gives me time to read up on things that interest me and that I don’t have time to look at while I am at home.

For example, today while at the office, I was working on a client’s account that I have been working on for a week and just needed a break.  It isn’t that the work is hard or boring, but sometimes your brain just need a break.

So, during my break I was reading an article about life insurance reviews – and it was enlightening.  I found that the company that I have my life insurance with is rated number two, and honestly I am happy with their service.

I think that after the training that I do in the afternoon through the online business academy, I will have to read the article in my magazine about electronic store reviews – and the best place to buy a Plasma television.  Too bad they don’t have an article on how to convince your wife to let you buy one…

People think that I have a lot more money than I do and I would like to keep it that way. One way I do this is by wearing a Rolex replica watch. No one that I associate with has any idea that it is not real, and, although I could afford a real one, I think it is a waste of money when I can wear such a perfect replica.

I have about a half a dozen mobile home mortgage loans. I own a small clump of homes all together in a nearby court. They are cheap to buy and make great rental properties. The court is a very nice neighborhood and there is little violence or poverty. I have always had great renters and that makes it a lot more fun.

I am presently looking into removing the private mortgage insurance from the trailers that I currently own. I don’t feel that it is needed, and I would love to free up some money to buy some more mobile homes in the same area.

I don’t think that obtaining more manufactures home mortgage loans would be too difficult, as the ones I am currently paying down are making me money and I have quite a little bit of equity built up at this point. I still need to crunch some numbers, but I am hoping to own a complete dozen by the end of the year.

I had coffee today with a SEO consultant to give me some link building ideas.  You see, I have been trying to promote this site and things have been going okay, but I would like them to be even better.  But, I have exhausted all my link building strategies that I created, so I need some outside suggestions on what to do.

From the time I spent with him, I learned a few new techniques on how to create a successful link building campaign.  He showed me a number of ways that I could promote my site – from writing articles to submitting my site to link directories.

Perhaps the best technique he showed me was the simplest.  He suggested that I look for blogs that would classify as high value links and submit comments on their posts.

I wrote down everything he said to me and I plan to implement his ideas.  It was definitely a thought provoking meeting….

There are certain people in this world whom it seems you could meet and grow rich. They just have success emanating from them and you know if you just had the chance to learn what they do, that you too, would be rich.

These people just have the ability to think outside the box and it shows in everything that they do and every decision that they make. If we could just even think like they do, we would be doing so much better than we are.

How you think really impacts how you will succeed in life and what you do with these thoughts is your next choice that will determine your success.

They key to this all is education. I am not talking about classroom and book education, but if you are interested in something, educate yourself. This is what will truly determine success.

If you have ever looked up anyone famous on a site like ratingzone, then you and I may have a lot in common. I am not enamored with famous people, but I do get curious about them from time to time. I have a life and do not live in the shadow of others.

I do, occasionally read the latest net gossip. Most of it, I am sure is made up by people who do not have a life, but it is, in the very least, a quite entertaining read, and it is often fun to try and decide what is real and what is not.

There are so many entertainment reviews floating around on the net, that it is almost impossible not to see them, even when you are not looking for them. For instance, I was looking for some review on a novel that I was reading for school and I had windows popping up left and right containing reviews about celebrities.

Before I begin my rant, I want to say I am happy for my life.  Despite what I am about to say, I wouldn’t trade my chance at life for anything.   But, I have had the worst week in my life.

You see, I haven’t been feeling well, and so I went to see my doctor.  After running a few tests and a couple weeks later, I find out that I have been diagnosed with Diabetes.

At least it is a disease that can be controlled right?  Well, that is definitely a plus.  On the bad side of things the coverage that I have for Medicare Health insurance is not adequate to cover the expenses I will incur with the Insulin, and supplies I will need.

I have looked into Medicare supplement insurances and I will have to buy into one of them.  Without doing that, I don’t know how I will afford everything I need.  Being young, with a low-paying job, it is going to take most of my income to pay for what I need.

In the meantime, my doctor has given me a free diabetes testing kit to start out with.  I will have to get the Insulin and other supplies I need, but at least that will help me out.  Now, I just need to learn about how my life is going to be different – because I am sure it is going to be.
