This past week, my wife and I have been working on a budget.  The reason for working on the budget is that we both need to see where our money is going, and how we can spend it more wisely.

What we found from tracking our spending was interesting.  It seems that my wife has been ordering from a Canadian scrapbook supplies company and had been paying for it on our credit card.

When I confronted her about her erroneous spending on the scrapbook supplies Canada website, she admitted that she was a scrap-a-holic and had a problem.  Bushing her problems aside, I told her that we needed to find a better place for her to spend her money.

We ended up finding a good wholesaler when we searched for “scrapbooking supplies Canada”.  She will still be able to buy the same quantity as before, just now, she will be spending less.  Who knew that the budgeting process would be so effective.
