Years ago, when my husband and I launched our first company, we wanted to do something special for our employees. We thought that giving them free health insurance would be just the thing. I remember calling around to different companies to get individual health insurance quotes.

I wanted the coverage to include accident insurance. I felt it was always better to be safe than sorry. You just never know what the future has in store for you and I have been in accidents before. Lucky for me, I have always had coverage and often wonder what happens when people do not.

Our company has expanded and it now includes several businesses. We are very well known for being good employers and we are always adding new incentives and benefits for our employees. We are currently looking into adding vision insurance plans with their pre-existing packages. We have had some feedback on this and everyone is excited about it.
