I was going to the mall the other day when I came to a live on location radio giveaway. I stopped to see what was going on and decided to become a part of the action. I was hoping to win some money or some tickets to an upcoming concert. The prizes were placed inside a mug with the radio station’s logo on it.

I did not end up winning anything, but I got to keep my mug. I am sure it will go in my yard sale, with the rest of the promotional products I have received throughout the year. I continued on to my destination at the mall and got a little bit of shopping done. On the way home, I came across the same van at a different location.

I decided to try my luck again. I thought, after all, if I didn’t win, at least I would have a matching pair of mugs. I was much luckier this time and I won a gift certificate to a nice restaurant. The mugs will probably still go in a yard sale, but I will get a nice dinner out of the deal.
