Some of the best years of my life were when I was in high school. Although I had a part time job and went to school, I really had no responsibilities and my life was pretty carefree. My friends and I would hang out a lot at different coffee shops or we would go listen to music at each other’s houses. Those were some really great times.

We were always thinking of things to do together on our spare times, especially when we were on vacation. We would buy event tickets as often as they came out, provided it was something that we were interested in seeing. We would go for long walks and talk about everything under the sun and we knew each other to the deepest core.

When we started college, most of us drifted apart and I don’t even know where most of them are anymore. I have bumped into a couple of them once or twice when I am home to visit my parents. We all have our own lives now, but I will always remember what a big part of my life they were, once upon a time.
