I don’t know anyone that has all the traffic they need. Even the gurus that have thousands of visitors a day are always looking for ways to drive hot, targeted traffic to their websites. Could you use a little more targeted traffic to your site? Of course you could, I don’t know a marketer that couldn’t so lets dive on in.

Here are just a few easy methods that if done consistently will drive up your traffic stats and ultimately your sales in no time.

Method 1 - Write an article like this one. You can do exactly what I’m doing right now. It’s really not that difficult. All you need to do is talk about what you know and format it in the context of an article. Make sure the article is between 350 - 700 words in length, provide value and a resource box a the bottom with your link back to your site.

Method 2 - Crank out a Youtube video - I know, you are afraid of the camera and nothing could be worse than doing a video. Well you don’t have o do a video, you can do a slideshow with an audio of you talking about your product or a screen view of your product some features and benefits. Get creative but don;t forget the most important aspect, a strong call to action. Let then know what you want them to do at the end and ideally keep it between 1-2 minutes in length.

Method 3 - Add your website link to your email signature. yo may already be doing this but is it enticing and attractive. Try offering a free special offer for clicking or something shocking or of value to quickly grab attention. Occasionally people will click on an old boring link but more often they want to know what’s in in for them . Give it to them!

Method 4 - Write a short e-book on your subject matter. Don’t be afraid as I’m not talking about a Stephen King series but a short 12-14 page guide dripping with solid content on your subject matter.Make it downloadable for your site and this will gain loyal followers as you will be viewed as an expert. It’s a lot easier to make sales as an expert in the mind of your visitors than someone trying to get in their pocketbook.

Method 5 - Post tiny classified ads on Craigslist. This is a quick way to get things going immediately. If you’ve never used this method before you’ll find that it can result in some pretty fast, targeted traffic in no time. There are several little strategies to explode your traffic using this method but one is the use of a catchy value driven headline. For example: Drive Floods of Traffic To Any Website Using Craigslist…Guaranteed!

My strong belief is that no matter which method youuse to advertise that you take massive action. What does MASSIVE action man? It means going all out until you feel so comfortable with the process that you can do it in your sleep. Massive action brings massive results. It’s just that simple.

With these key strategies under our belt, I suggest you waste no time getting started as there is traffic waiting for you. Don;t overwhelm your self by trying to tackle everything. Choose one or two and get going. Stay focused, good luck and happy marketing.
