Low sperm count is the most important factor regarding males infertility. As the problems of infertility amongst men is a major concern people should make sure they eat healthy food daily which should include green vegetables and lots of fruits.

Along with maintaining a healthy diet, consuming lots of water is also advisable as it also helps to increase sperm count. It is highly recommended that you drink minimum of 8 glasses of water everyday.

Alcohol consumption can also have ill effects on the sexual health of a person as it affects the semen production. Completely quitting the consumption of alcohol can help you to increase sperm count.

Smoking is also injurious to health and it can even make a person impotent. Smoking also reduces the sperm count therefore quitting smoking completely is highly recommended. In order to stay away from such problems avoid smoking and the increase in sperm count is possible.
