The sun is something that we are all guilty of worshiping a little too much and something very few of us want to give up. The good news is that you dont have to. However, changes are going to have to be made. Immediately head out to the store and get some sunglasses and sunscreen. The glasses will stop the squinting from the sun that leads to crows feet and the sunscreen will stop your face from drying out and keep that skin fresh and young looking.
Last but not least, you need to stay away from hot water. There is a common misconception that facial cleansers used with scolding hot water will clean your skin and keep it free of wrinkles. It actually serves to do the complete opposite. It strips much needed nutrients from the skin and the scolding hot water only adds to the problem. Use warm water and mild soaps for better results.
