Being healthy takes 2 things – keeping fit and eating correctly

But how about you deal with the same issues of keeping fit and being healthy

Not to many of us play a game yet most of us are fans  We have become an army of sports fans every weekend but do not find the time or energy to play the sport we love

By following the team you leave your house  however just being a TV a fan on the sofa means very little activity at all

All of our sports heros that we follow are usually supremely fit  OK I hear you say as they are paid to be healthy

We all would love to be paid to do our favourite sports and it would be a dream to get their sallary  The professional do fitness training every day

The big problem with staying fit is the time effort and sometimes even money and being unfit just seems to fits effortlessly into our busy lives

For most of us if we feel like getting fitter we might go to the gym for a week or two The intentions were good but again it quickly becomes too much work and easily forgotten

If fitness is not your thing it is time to start to do some healthy eating

Are we eating as we should  No is the answer  Most of us eat plenty of junk food or snack on chocolates and often drink soda or beer

To begin eating healthily get some food that does not contain all the modern added extras Eat something without preservatives colouring or artificial flavouring  What is this wonder food – It is fruit

First you need to get a healthy Recipes Cookbook and start eating fruit

Fruit is available everywhere and tastes great
Here are some of my favourites

Cherries – the best sweet cherries are white or dark When buying go for the ones that are firm and dry and avoid containers that have a more leaves to berries Try Merton Heart but the more acid cherry like morello is more suited to jellies

Plums or gages are round and green to yellowin colour or Damsons which have black skins they are beatiful to eat

Oranges The Shamouti Jaffa are large oval and thick skinned they have very few seeds and are juicy and sweet Navel oranges have thin skin but are easily to identify easily identified by the raised embryo growth on one end similar to the human navel The much smaller Mandarin often eaten in the winter is round but has a somewhat flatter appearance is flatter appears flatter than the Jaffa it has a loose orange skin and and has pips
