Body Language of Flirt: Attention on Eyes

Posted By Desmond Ray on December 30, 2008 @ 3:22 am

Look at me: I ve got a case of body language, Freddie Mercury

Can you flirt with body language? It is scientifically proven that in human communication 55% of information is passed with the aid of gestures and mimics, compared to only 7% which is passed through pure meaning of words. Somewhere in between (35%) is communication with the aid of intonation and pace of a speech. Is it yet another corroboration of Darwinism? Perhaps, but this is not a subject of this article. The subject is: how can we attract another person with the body language? What we have to do, so it will be just like in this old song of the Queen: Look at me

Look in the eyes. When we are getting into a formal conversation on a business meeting we may feel like we are looking right into the eyes of our opponent. In reality, our eyes are scanning the face of a person along a narrow cyclic path: left eye – space between the eyes – right eye. When we are talking with a friend, our eyes do the same, but the scanning path gets wider: line below eye level of the person – nose – mouth, and up (overall the path makes an overturned triangle with a base drown below person eye-line).

A joyful, flirting chattering makes the eye scan area even wider. This time, especially if any sexual interest is present, the center of the area will be at the lips of the person you are talking with. So, if a person you are talking to seemingly cannot lift his (or her) eyes from your lips, you better know this person is likely already kissing you in his (or her) imagination. How far you want to proceed in reality will be now up to you, since you already got the signals.

Do it as I do. What makes a difference between light flirting and strong desire in a body language terms? If you are really want to get involved with him or her, mimic the object of your desire. When someone behaves similarly to us, we conclude that we have a lot in common with that person. Of course, avoid imitating any negative features of this person, because such mimicking will easily turn into a mockery. In other words, mimic must be moderate, total copycatting will not do any good for you. Even if you are copying the gestures of a person, always take a minute pause before you do your part.

Say Hi with your eyebrows. Lifting eyebrows is one of the most ancient ways of showing friendliness to another person. If you are getting the same in reply, the feelings are mutual. Maybe this was a greeting of our forbears when they were passing each other caves? Languages came later. Now you can use this old way of winning sympathy.

Follow the eye sight. One of the most general and clear statements of body language is watching motion of another person. If you do so, you must have an interest toward this person. If that person notices your gaze and moves toward you: the feelings are mutual. This might be a good moment to switch from body language to a real conversation.

Wink me! If you want to reach an affinity with someone: wink to this person. Do this several times, just as much as you can, but not overdo because you dont want to make an impression that you have developed an eye tick. If you are getting a wink back, then the feelings are mutual, now it is time to talk. So, now you know why Match and some other online dating sites are using wink as a sign of an interest.

Wedding Favor Ideas

Posted By Sarah Page on December 14, 2008 @ 6:48 pm

Regardless which type of gift that you decide to give your guests, whether edible or not, you will need to have something just as unique to put the gifts in. You can use custom fabric bags or even small gift boxes to host your wedding favors. Most traditional wedding favors will use tulle as the material for the boxes.

Wedding favors are very creative and unique gifts for your guests. Make sure that the box that you wrap it in is appropriate for the material. For example, a glass gift box could be great for keeping edible gifts in.

Look on the Internet and talk with your friends and family to get some ideas about some very unique ways to make your wedding favors. Heck, with all of the information that is floating around in cyberspace, you might find yourself overwhelmed and get some wonderful things to think about. Buying your wedding favor supplies is easy too, as you can get almost anything online. There are so many choices that you might not be able to make up your mind. If you want to give small candles, then try ordering candle plates to go with them as keepsakes.

Have you ever thought of using decorated Chinese take-out boxes as part of your modern wedding favor? This is not as uncommon as you may think. If you are giving wedding fortune cookies, which are a very popular wedding favor, this is just the perfect idea. These are great inside a Chinese take-out wedding favor box. It is easy to match your chosen colors with this neat idea because you can buy these boxes in nearly any color you can think of.

Thinking about using small paper bags to make your favors? Well then you have a great idea. You can buy these small bags in bulk and decorate them any way you choose. Buying in bulk is a great way to keep your expenses down; won’t that look awesome on the table? A clear plastic bag gives soaps or candles a more modern look and looks good at the same time. You can enjoy their beauty without being overpowering by the fragrance(s) at your reception. If you are going for a splash of color, then you might want to think about using small glass jars as your container.

If you are considering to offer flowers as a gift for your guests, why not put them in a small vase with a bow tied around it? Keep in mind that if they are real, then you need to have water to keep the flowers alive. This is just one example of how proper packaging should be in congruence with your gift items.

How to Achieve Goals: Are You Spinning Your Wheels?

Posted By Angela Brunno on December 12, 2008 @ 12:58 pm

Okay, you know you are smart and have some skills, but you are still frustrated and spinning your wheels. Do you feel like you are not even tapping your full potential? That you try and try and are not really getting anywhere?

If this describes you, don’t be too hard on yourself. For one thing, it’s not just you. Tens of millions of people in the United States are in the same boat. We know, however, that there are also many many successful and goal-oriented individuals who are successful.

You can change your life, and give it meaning and purpose, by learning how to achieve goals. Setting and reaching goals is a habit, and like all habits, they take time and conscious effort to develop into long-lasting ones.

Not all the difficulties you are having right now will stem from ineffective goal setting, but most of them may if you take the time to examine where your dissatisfaction comes from. And even if it sounds simple, the problem can be solved if you learn how to achieve your goals and “walk the walk” instead of just “talk the talk”.

For example, look at a person who is having money problems. Although they may have the goal to get out of debt, they haven’t actually taken the action steps to achieve financial freedom. So months later, they are still in the same financial situation.

If you can figure out how you want your life to be different, then you can make path from where you are now to where (and how) you want to be. Write this down, be descriptive. Then write out each step you will have to take to get you to your goal. Make smaller steps if one step seems to much for you to do.

Another thing that successful goal-achievers use is a time frame. This is not just a time frame of when you want to reach your overall goal, but when you plan to finish each step that will take you to your goal. Also, make sure this is specific. Say “July 4th, 2010″, instead of the “Summer of 2010″.

As stated above, goal setting is a skill and can develop into a habit. If you take the time to do these two steps and apply them to one area of your life, you are on your way of taking charge of your life.

How To Get Back With An Ex? Try To Do It Without This And Fail…

Posted By Cynthia Williams on November 23, 2008 @ 9:44 am

Every adult experiences a break up at one time or another during their life. Most of them just move on… It’s the easiest and what most people do.

But what if you’re not one of those people that likes to play the victim? You want your ex back and you’re willing to do a little work to make it happen. That’s a good and smart choice.

Fact: Almost 90% of all break ups can be reversed one way or the other, but only if you know the simple steps needed to win back your ex. We’ll cover some of the steps a little later, but I want to make sure you know that at the end of this article you’ll find amazing resources that have literally saved my life. These are the best sites I’ve found at laying out a step-by-step, easy to follow gameplan for getting back together. You owe it to yourself to take a look.

Okay, now on to some tips…

The step you need to take before anything else is to figure out why the break up occurred to begin with. You can’t change the past, so there’s no reason to cry or try to change the past, but you can figure it out to make you stronger and learn from your mistakes.

The break up may have come from an event your ex didn’t want to deal with anymore, or from behavior they didn’t like. You need to pin-point this reason and figure out how to deal with it later on. If you simply follow the plans outlined in the resources given below there’s a good chance you’ll get your ex back sooner rather than later, or not at all. This time you want to get back with your ex, right? Good, on to step two.

The next step is to make sure you don’t make yourself seem needy. Even though almost everyone feels like they need to express to their ex that they cannot live without them, there is no point in telling them that. Instead stay strong, let your ex see that you are okay by yourself, and show everyone around you that you have self confidence and you are happy with yourself. Seeming needy or desperate will only push your ex further away, so make sure to maintain your confidence to get him to crawl right back to you.

This is the biggest point you’ll learn when you visit the sites below. You’ll learn exact words and phrases, mindset and more to use in desperate times. This will plant the idea that your ex has made a mistake in their mind… See how powerful that can be?

Don’t try to make your ex jealous. It’s one of the worst things to do. It shows you have moved on, instead of get them to want you. Make them think they have been the best thing in their life and that nobody compares to them. Boost THEM instead of seeming needy and he’ll remember back and see you were great together. Don’t get upset if he is seeing someone else, because odds are you can’t stop it and they’ll just smell the jealousy which is not what you want.

Getting together for a small talk with your ex is one of the best ways to sort out smaller problems you are having as long as you’ve followed the lessons outlined in the sites below first.

If you go in unprepared, or do what most people do, not only will a get-together with your ex not result in you two getting back together, it will probably wind up making things worse.

Getting back with your ex isn’t rocket science, but you need to make sure you are behaving correctly to make him realize he is better off with you. Don’t be needy or childish, because it causes your ex to move further away from you and think that he made a wise choice of leaving you instead of planting the ‘mistake’ feeling inside of them.

Just follow the steps and the plan as outlined on the sites below and you’ll be all set. Good luck!

4 Amazing Tips On Getting My Ex Boyfriend Back

Posted By Cynthia Williams on November 21, 2008 @ 2:08 pm

If you have just broken up with you partner, you know it can be very painful and really confusing at times. It’s all great and you feel amazing, but suddenly everything goes into pieces – leaving you shattered and heartbroken. Despite having a depressing life when they broke up, and you know that it may be over, you may still wish put the disaster behind you and move on, thus getting back together with them.

If you really want your ex back, here are some tips to get him back:

Do not call every now and then. After a breakup, most women feel confused about how to react. Out of desperation, they begin to try phoning their ex or sending out text messages to express their love. This reaction is normal, but at a time like that, it actually worsens the situation. You have to stop being too pushy and needy. Rather, give some time for your ex to calm down.

Don’t try to make your partner jealous. Trying to start dating with another partner is the deathbed for your relationship and probably the biggest mistake you can make. Trying to get them jealous only makes you feel WORSE and makes them push away even more!

Try to understand your ex better. After a breakup, you will most likely be misinterpreting their signals. Keep aside any preconceptions and be attentive when he tries to make a contact. Instead of moving away from your partner and hide your feelings and frustrations, try to listen and deeper understand what they are saying.

Keep him guessing. If you happen to see him soon after the breakup, do not act indifferent. Simply act as if you are in a hurry. That makes them wonder what you have been up to since you two broke up and it makes your partner think of you again, which is what they usually do not do when you have just broke up and ignore you! It won’t be long before you are back in your ex’s life again..

Moving to New Zealand: Home purchasing tips

Posted By Jack Stewarts on November 20, 2008 @ 10:22 am

What sort of Housing is Available?

Like any other developed country, there are various housing options available. They range from quiet countryside homes through to luxurious waterfront apartments and everything in between.

The average house prices are also varied throughout New Zealand. Central Auckland: NZ$ 600 000+, South Auckland: NZ$ 330 000+, Hamilton: NZ$ 335 000+, Wellington: NZ$ 448 000+, Christchurch: NZ$ 323 000+, Bay of Islands: NZ$ 408 000+.

The Time to Buy a Home

You can buy a home in New Zealand at anytime; you do not need to have residence. You can even obtain a mortgage before you are a resident. Home loans are available from a number of lenders, on fixed and variable rates typically over a 25 – 30 year period. Average variable interest rates are around 10%. Lenders typically lend up to 80% of the registered valuation of the property.

How do I find my dream home?

Generally, the Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday editions of many major newspapers will have property listings, or you could try searching online and/or contacting a real estate agent.

New Zealand houses often constructed using a range of materials such as linear board, tilt-up concrete and wood. There are a number of companies specialising in standard designs that you can choose from and customise to some extent. This is a cost-effective way to build. Prices vary from approximately NZ$ 1,000/m2 (average quality) – NZ$ 2,000/ m2 (high standards of finish).

Beware the leaky roof syndrome! In 2001 – 2002 building boom resulted in an oversupply of work for builders and property inspectors to keep up with. This coupled with consumer demand for cheaper houses resulted in some poorer quality houses being built. This resulted in a few homes developing the “leaky home syndrome” you may come across.

Save Your Relationship With These 3 Counterintuitive Techniques

Posted By Cynthia Williams on November 18, 2008 @ 6:51 pm

Saving your relationship can be a difficult task. There are more than one worries that might hit you. The worry of making a wrong move and losing the person forever is one of them.

Unfortunately, what feels like the right thing to do, is often wrong. Most times we should follow the ‘counterintuitive path’. When we feel like calling is when we should stay cool instead. When we feel like pouring our hearts out is when we should put a lid on it.

As a warning, the techniques you’re about to discover you may have never seen before and at first glance may look an feel wrong, but have been proven time and again to be effective in even what seems the most complicated situations.

Counterintuitive Technique #1

The first technique you need to use is to agree with and accept the fact that your ex has broken up with you. It’s hard to accept the fact, but if you can simply do that, after some internal struggling you will be better off.

It can definitely help to understand why you need to accept the breakup, and how it can help you get back together. The reason you want to keep a distance is because they need time to miss and respect you. They are likely mad or upset that you are constantly on their back trying to get back together with them.

Counter intuitive Technique #2

The second technique you need to use is to cut off all communication. You’re probably about ready to close your browser right now! Hold on, because this technique really does work. It helps you to accept the breakup and is the action that shows your ex you are serious.

By simply not saying a word or make any contact you allow your ex a few moments to really miss your contact and might start to second guess their actions. This space of time will help you think clearly and is good for your internal health. It also gets your ready for the next technique.

Roth 401k Tax Free for Life

Posted By johnkrol on November 16, 2008 @ 11:08 am

The Roth 401k is particularly attractive to higher-earnings individuals, or those that would mostly likely be phased out of IRA contributions. Unlike the $5,000 max in the IRA, an employee could defer the full $15,500 for 2007, or $20,500 if they are over age 50. The Roth 401k works much like the Roth IRA, in that contributions are made with after-tax dollars and withdrawals are tax-free. Unfortunately, not all employers offer this new plan. The roth 401k, quite frankly, is a dream come true in my opinion. Ok so thats a little exaggeration but it truely is the best of both worlds – 401k and Roth IRA.

The Roth 401k accounts are first and foremost a 401k. Most of the same rules apply, including the early withdrawal penalty on all distribution recorded as “income”. The Roth 401K contribution limit will be $15,000 in 2006. Note that the limit applies to the combimed contributions to the regular 401K and the Roth 401K; for example, a person could not contribute $15,000 to a Roth 401K and $15,000 to a regular 401K in the same year. The Roth 401k was adopted by 14% of Vanguard plans, and 5% of participants within these plans elected the option. Early Roth adopters included new plan enrollees, high savers, Web-registered participants, and high-income households.

The roth 401k bonus election with trap worked. The roth 401k bonus election in Chinese were doubtless an advantage is with the remarkably low weight of 500 lbs. The Roth 401k works inverse with the above idea. The money you earn this year is taxed this year. The Roth 401k is not always as good a deal as you’ve stated. For example, my marginal tax rate is 28%.

The Roth 401k plans are relatively new and many people haven’t heard of them yet. Employers are slowly starting to offer them to employees. The Roth 401k was set to expire in 2010 unless congress renewed it. A lot of employers were reluctant to offer the Roth 401k because of its status. The Roth 401k plan is a post tax contribution where qualified distributions are tax free. The Roth does not allow deductible contributions.

The Roth 401k is a combination of the Roth IRA and the traditional 401k. It is a company-sponsored retirement plan, but it invests after-tax dollars to a retirement account. The Roth 401k minimum distribution rules are also similar to 401k withdrawals – meaning you need to start to take distributions when you reach age 70 1/2. The Roth 401K is a great plan too, and ALL employers SHOULD be offering it. Certainly if your employer is not offering this option, petition them to do so.

Living and Working in Spain

Posted By Samual Torth on November 8, 2008 @ 3:14 am

Work relocation and family reasons are among the common reasons for relocation to Spain. You’ll need to know about residency and work permits. The usual reasons for relocation anywhere, including Spain, will likely have to do with your work and job relocation. There are professional relocation companies to assist in a smooth transition to living in Spain. These professional companies employ multi lingual staff who will be of assistance. These companies help in finding a residence, schools for your children, and residency permits.

They will also be knowledgeable about registering your vehicle. Professional relocation companies know Spanish culture. Working in the nation of Spain means that you will have to acquire one of a list of work permits. You’ll be required to secure a photo identification card in order to live and work in Spain for longer than three months. You will need to be able to communicate in Spanish, or be prepared to study and learn the language. The financial news authority, Financial Times, has recently cited the country of Spain is a destination favoured by West Europeans who want to move and seek work elsewhere other than in their country of origin. In order to comply with these permits you will also require a foreigner’s identification card that holds your personal identification. In Spain, unemployment has remained at 8% since 2006.

This compares favorably with the world. There are weak points in the Spanish economic outlook, such as a large underground economy. This is the only major weak point about the Spanish financial outlook among developed countries. It is thought however, that the growth of the global economy and the increase in trade with Latin America and Asia, the Spanish economic outlook will continue to grow and flourish within the EU. Here are the types of permits and their requirements.

Permit Type A allows you to do work in specific geographical locations, of a seasonal kind, and is valid for only three to nine months.

Permit Type B is valid for one year. It is the initial permit allowing you to begin your employment in Spain. These are issued for a particular profession and specific geographic region and can be renewed for a maximum of two years.

Permit Type C is valid for any job or occupation and is valid for up to three years. With this permit, you’re not limited to a particular region.

Permit Type D is used for people who are self-employed and are valid for one year. You will be limited to a specific geographical area. Type D documents can be renewed giving the holder up to two years. And, although taken case by case, there can be a limit on kind of work.

Permit Type E can be applied for as the type C or E that expires and will not limit you to a geographic location and is valid for a maximum of three years.

You can work in Spain permanently on a permit if specific Spanish employer requires you. You might also be self-employed, but for work that cannot be done by a Spaniard.

Moving To Spain Employment And Living

Posted By Robert Carlton on November 5, 2008 @ 3:36 am

Is it time to live in Spain? It is something you don’t jump into quickly. Pay a few visits to the nation before moving to Spain. Go, see, and experience a number of districts like the Costa Blanca, Costa del Sol and Barcelona before choosing your new home. Research the new region you will call home and learn about its culture and history.

Make certain that you have ample money to live on for a while. This will make the difference between you surviving and not. You will need enough to live on while you settle into a new job and get located in your new home. Before you leave sit down and calculate your budget. What exactly do you require to live for numerous months? Be certain to leave enough money to cover expenses, expected and unexpected. The better you plan, the easier the transition.

Living in Spain and Relocation

The documentation needed or your relocation will depend upon your nation of origin. The documentation varies for countries that are members of the European Union and non-member countries. You should contact your Spanish Consulate early for the facts.

After your move will you buy a home right away, or will you lease for a while? A real estate broker might assist you. If you plan to purchase right away then make several trips to look at properties. Are you going to sell the current home?

You’ll require health insurance. This may be obtained through your employer if you’re moving with a job transfer. If you don’t have insurance through an employer, you will be required to buy it. Approach your insurance company in advance so that you may locate a doctor. This is particularly significant if you have any ailments that require routine treatment.

As you speak to the consulate, ask them about the rules for a driver’s license. They will tell you the requirements as they pertain to you. Be certain to buy car insurance. You are going to be required to buy it from a local carrier in the area you’ll be moving to.

Thing about transportation after you move. Will you take your car or sell it? Are you going to purchase a new auto in Spain or lease one? You might need to rent a car on a temporary basis until you obtain a permanent car which will be costly.

Spain Employment and Living

Relocating here for any reason other than job relocation means finding employment. If you are job hunting, it is best to look early and often. The Internet is a terrific tool for this kind of search. Leaf through the Internet pages of employment listings and email out those resumes.

On the other hand, if you’re for job relocation, ask about assistance from the company. Some employers offer financial help for the move. Some other employers use relocation services. Relocation services are professional companies that assist you when re establishing and acclimatizing in your new country. They night asset with anything from a place to live, to registering your children in school.
